How does the team enter rounds?
Coaches establish the tournament and qualifying schedule and push rounds out to the players on the roster. Shot tracking is map-based using satellite imagery. Players tap where each shot started and ended on the course map. Most players complete a full 18-hole round in under 10 minutes.
What courses are supported?
Over 20,000 courses worldwide with satellite imagery. Programs can save up to 8 "home" courses for easy qualifying round set-up and assignment.
What player data can our program access?
Your program has access to team-sanctioned rounds (tournaments, qualifying) for each player's roster season. Players own their data—if a player transfers, you retain access to their rounds from your season only. Aggregated team statistics are visible to coaches and team members. Secondary programs (academies) can request access grants for team data, which you and the player control.
How does subscription and renewal work?
Team subscriptions are specific to a given season, running from June 5 to June 4 of the following year. You'll be notified before your season ends with the option to renew. If your subscription expires, your team's round data is archived and can be accessed by renewing. Players whose roster season has ended can continue by signing up as individual DRVN.Golf subscribers.
Can players be on more than one program at the same time?
Programs are divided between Primary (Teams) and Secondary (Academies and Collectives). Players can be on one Primary roster for a given season, but be on multiple Secondary programs at the same time. Primary programs are typically college teams and own team-sanctioned tournament and qualifying rounds.
