Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enter rounds?

Shot tracking is map-based using satellite imagery. You tap where each shot started and ended on the course map. Most users complete a full 18-hole round in under 10 minutes.

What courses are supported?

Over 20,000 courses worldwide with satellite imagery, including all tournament courses in the AJGA, Elite Amateur, PGA, LPGA and KFT schedules.

Who can see my data?

You own all of your golf data. You control what's shared publicly through your profile and Drills. If you're on a team, your program coaches only see team-sanctioned rounds (tournaments and qualifying) during the team's season (typically June-to-June), unless you grant permission for your team to see your historical rounds. Your data is stored securely and never sold.

How does subscription and renewal work?

Subscriptions are either monthly or annual and are set up to auto-renew via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renew at any time. If your subscription expires, your round data is archived and can be accessed by renewing.

Can I be on more than one team at the same time?

Programs are divided between Primary (Teams) and Secondary (Academies and Collectives). You can be on one Primary roster for a given season, but be on multiple Secondary programs at the same time. Primary programs are typically college teams and own team-sanctioned tournament and qualifying rounds.

Is there a demo I can try?

Yes! Visit our demo page to experience the shot tracker and see a sample round report. It takes about 5 minutes.
